New version is numbered as V23.015.02.01.910 and its the successor to the previous version which was also released by the Huawei’s Indian web site. We don’t have a changelog at the moment but we expect this to be a maintenance release with bug fixes,compatibility improvements and Windows 8.1 support. When i clik YES then it opens a older version of mobile partner 16, which already came up with my modem9 huawei E 1731). And after clicking NO, it opens new 23 version but without USSD command and calling nd every time ask for USER INTERFACE to allow changes in programme. Even i reinstalled but still error occurs.
