Most of the time it will be due to weapons and items added in that do not exist in fallouts timeline [PWR] POWERFUL RIG NEEDED - This will tell you that the mod listed requires a fairly powerful computer to run. Note, some of these mods have versions for people with lesser hardware [NSFW] Pretty self explanatory.

This mod contains nudity or other content that goes beyond Fallouts normal level of violence [BIG] This mod is BIG. Any mod over 1gb in size will be listed with this tag The Starting List This will list mods that are on a lot of peoples top lists. They may or may not be lore friendly (and will be tagged as such) This list is a compilation of mods off of the Nexus Top 100, My Personal list, and some choices from the community. These mods may be in other lists on this page as well. - Project Nevada is a mod aiming to make Fallout: New Vegas a more interesting - eventually more challenging - but surely more fun experience for you.
