The disk 2 requirement only pops up when your language for non-unicode programs is anything but Japanese. All you have to do is change that to Japanese. Control panel>Clock and Region>Region>Administrative>Change System locale. After you change it to Japanese it should restart your computer. And, no, it doesn't change everything on your computer to Japanese.

It stays the default language. Even if you have a non-install version, it shouldn't make a difference. The contents that you copied and pasted from the disk are the exact same as when you have an install version. Have found a potential workaround for loading issue. • Make a note of the date/time of the save you're trying to load. • Go to the directory where the save files are located: C: Users (your PC's name) AppData Local Astro Saved SaveGame • You'll notice there are two save files per 'slot', e.g. AUTOSAVE_2 / AUTOSAVE_3 etc.
