They have an exam during the interview, but is very easy if you have had US clinical experience (I thought they were mainly testing this and seeing if you know how to work in a US system, even though they asked other general questions as well). I stayed the night with a resident who was very informative. The interviewer's style was friendly and always to keep you as relaxed as possible.
