We need more info from you before we can tell what's happening. The activation server is experiencing some difficulty, and it was non-responsive. We fixed it again just now, so if you were having problems with the actual activation portion you should try again. The problem persist.the server is not fixed.

If you try going to the manual activation site, does the page load? If so, what happens when you enter your info and click Request Activation? I GOT THE SIM WORKING AFTER I DELETED G5 AND REINSTALLED IT. NOT 100% WERE I MADE THE MISTAKE. USING THE NUMBER 1 INSTEAD OF THE LETTER I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO REGISTER AND ACTIVATE THE SOFTWARE. THAT IS TRUE. I WONDER IF I TRIED REGISTERRING, TOO MANY TIMES, WITH A WRONG / INCORRECT NUMBER OR LETTER, AND THEN WAS LOCKED OUT FROM ACTIVATION??
