Bosch eBike Systems () is expanding its training program by hosting Dealer Certification Clinics in 76 cities from October 2018 through March 2019, helping dealers provide exceptional service for eBikes epowered by Bosch. Dealers can also use it to renew their certification, which expires 15 months from the date of their last training. This three-hour certification course will be taught by Bosch technicians in conjunction with regional service providers Magura USA and Live to Play Sports (Canada), and provide dealers with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Bosch eBike technology.

Certified dealers are supported by Bosch eBike Systems and its service providers with top priority and will also receive Bosch eBike Systems diagnostic tools (available for pick up at clinics for those who registered two weeks prior) to support their customers. The “Bosch Dealer Certification Clinic” covers: • Service process • Removal and re-installation of components • Laptop diagnostic tool operation • Intro to Model Year 2019 innovations • Expert tips on system operation, diagnostics and correcting problems.
